Day 1: Kolkata Arrival

Upon your arrival at Kolkata's Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, our representative will warmly greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. After settling in, take some time to relax or venture out to get a first glimpse of the bustling city. Kolkata, known for its rich cultural heritage and historical significance, welcomes you for an immersive experience.

 

Day 2: Kolkata Sightseeing

Start the day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Your full-day city tour begins with a visit to Fort William, a historical fort built during the British colonial era. Explore the iconic Victoria Memorial, an architectural masterpiece that stands as a symbol of Kolkata. Continue to Netaji Bhawan, dedicated to the legendary freedom fighter Subhas Chandra Bose. Marvel at the engineering marvel of Howrah Bridge, a prominent Kolkata landmark. Conclude the day with a visit to Dakshineswar Kali Temple, known for its serene surroundings and devotion. Return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

 

Day 3: Kolkata to Deoghar (Train Journey)

Enjoy a leisurely morning, and in the afternoon, you will be transferred to Howrah railway station to board the JANSHATABDI EXP (Train No. 12023) to Deoghar (Jasidih Jn). The train journey offers glimpses of the Indian countryside. On reaching Deoghar, meet your driver and transfer to the hotel for a well-deserved rest. Deoghar, known for its religious significance, awaits exploration.

 

Day 4: Deoghar to Bodhgaya (via Nalanda)

After a wholesome breakfast, visit Baba Baidyanath Dham, one of the twelve jyotirlinga temples, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Explore the spiritual ambiance of this revered shrine. The journey then takes you to Nalanda, an ancient center of learning that flourished in the 5th century. Witness the historical remnants and soak in the knowledge embedded in the site. Continue your drive to Bodhgaya, a significant pilgrimage site for Buddhists. En route, visit Vishwa Shanti Stupa, a symbol of peace on a hill at Rajgir. Check-in at the hotel in Bodhgaya for an overnight stay.

 

Day 5: Bodhgaya to Varanasi

Commence the day with a visit to Mahabodhi Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the Bodhi Tree, Vajrasana, Tibetan Monastery, and other significant Buddhist sites. The journey then leads to Varanasi, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. Day 6: Varanasi Sightseeing

Day 7: Varanasi Departure
