9:00 AM - Pick-up from your hotel in Srinagar: Your local guide will meet you at your hotel in Srinagar to start your city tour.

9:30 AM - Visit Mughal Gardens: Begin your tour by visiting the famous Mughal Gardens of Srinagar, which are a group of terraced gardens built by Mughal emperors in the 16th century. You will visit three main Mughal Gardens:

Nishat Bagh: Located on the eastern side of Dal Lake, Nishat Bagh is known for its breathtaking beauty with its terraced lawns, flowerbeds, and fountains. It offers stunning views of the Dal Lake and the Zabarwan Mountains.

Shalimar Bagh: Located on the right bank of Dal Lake, Shalimar Bagh is the largest Mughal Garden in Srinagar. It was built by Emperor Jahangir for his wife, Noor Jahan, and is known for its elegant design, water channels, and pavilions.

Chashme Shahi: Located on the slopes of Zabarwan Mountains, Chashme Shahi is a smaller Mughal Garden known for its refreshing spring of freshwater. It is a serene and peaceful place with terraced lawns, flowerbeds, and a small pavilion.

11:30 AM - Visit Shankaracharya Temple: After exploring the Mughal Gardens, you will drive up to the Shankaracharya Temple, which is situated on a hilltop and offers panoramic views of Srinagar city and the surrounding mountains. This ancient Hindu temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is believed to be more than 2,500 years old.

12:30 PM - Lunch break.

1:30 PM - Shikara Ride on Dal Lake: After lunch, you will embark on a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, which is one of the most iconic experiences in Srinagar. A Shikara is a traditional wooden boat used for transportation and leisure purposes in the region. During the leisurely cruise, you can enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the lake, observe the unique floating gardens, and interact with the locals.

3:00 PM - Explore Old Srinagar: Next, you will explore the historic and bustling Old Srinagar, known for its narrow lanes, traditional houses, and vibrant markets. You can walk through the old city, soak in the local culture, and visit landmarks like Jamia Masjid, which is one of the oldest mosques in Srinagar, and Hazratbal Shrine, a revered Muslim shrine located on the banks of Dal Lake.

4:30 PM - Visit Pari Mahal: Your next stop will be Pari Mahal, a historic monument located on Zabarwan Mountains. Pari Mahal is a beautiful terraced garden built by Mughal Prince Dara Shikoh in the 17th century. It offers panoramic views of Srinagar city, the Dal Lake, and the surrounding mountains.

5:30 PM - Drop-off at your hotel or preferred location in Srinagar: After a day of exploring the highlights of Srinagar, your tour will conclude with a drop-off at your hotel or any other preferred location in Srinagar.
