Day 1: Goa - Badami (250kms)

Pick up from your hotel in Goa and embark on a scenic drive to Badami. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and enjoy some leisure time to relax.

Day 2: Badami - Pattadakkal - Aihole - Badami

After breakfast, embark on a full day of sightseeing in Badami, Pattadakkal, and Aihole. Begin with a visit to the Badami Caves, a complex of rock-cut cave temples dedicated to Hindu deities. Admire the intricate carvings and sculptures that adorn the cave walls and pillars. Explore the four main caves, each with its own unique architectural style.
Next, proceed to Pattadakkal, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its ancient temples. Marvel at the exquisite Dravidian and Nagara style architecture as you explore the various temples, including the Virupaksha Temple, Mallikarjuna Temple, Papanatha Temple, and Sangameshwara Temple.
Continue to Aihole, an ancient temple complex with over 125 temples. Discover the diverse architectural styles ranging from rock-cut cave temples to structural temples. Visit the iconic Durga Temple, Lad Khan Temple, Ravanaphadi Cave, Konti Group of Temples, and Huchappayyagudi Temple among others.
After a full day of exploration, return to Badami for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Badami - Goa (250kms)

In the morning, check out from the hotel and bid farewell to Badami. Begin your journey back to Goa, enjoying the scenic landscapes along the way. Upon reaching Goa, you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, where you can continue with your onward travel plans.
