Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Upon landing at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport, our representative will warmly greet you and assist with your luggage. They will ensure a comfortable transfer to your hotel.
Delhi, a city where ancient history intertwines with modern vibrancy, offers a fascinating start to your journey. After settling into your hotel, you may choose to relax or explore nearby attractions, such as bustling markets or serene parks, depending on your arrival time.

 

Day 2: Delhi - Gwalior (By Train) / Gwalior - Orchha (125 km)

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel.
Board the Satabdi Train to Gwalior, enjoying a scenic journey through the changing landscapes of India.
Upon arrival in Gwalior, visit the Gwalior Fort, an imposing hill fortress known for its majestic architecture and rich history. The fort features impressive palaces, temples, and intricate carvings, including the Sas Bahu Ka Mandir and the Man Singh Palace, showcasing the grandeur of medieval Indian architecture.
Proceed to Orchha, a serene town in Madhya Pradesh. Check into your hotel and unwind.
In the afternoon, explore the Orchha Fort complex, a splendid ensemble of palaces, temples, and cenotaphs. The Jahangir Mahal, with its elaborate design and panoramic views, and the Raj Mahal, adorned with beautiful murals, are highlights.

Day 3: Orchha - Jhansi (12 km) / Jhansi - Bhopal (By Train)

After a traditional breakfast, transfer to Jhansi railway station for your train journey to Bhopal.
The train ride to Bhopal offers scenic views of central India’s diverse landscapes, allowing you to relax and soak in the journey.
Upon arrival in Bhopal, check into your hotel and freshen up.
Visit the Taj-ul-Masajid, one of Asia’s largest mosques. Its grand domes and elegant minarets are a testament to Mughal architectural prowess. The mosque's spacious courtyard and intricately designed prayer hall provide insight into Islamic art and architecture.

Day 4: Bhopal - Bhimbetka - Bhojpur - Bhopal

Start with a filling breakfast at the hotel before heading out for the day’s explorations.
Visit Bhimbetka, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its ancient rock shelters. The caves contain prehistoric paintings that provide a glimpse into early human life, depicting scenes of hunting, dancing, and daily activities.
Proceed to Bhojpur to see the Bhojeshwar Temple, an unfinished marvel with one of India’s largest Shiva Lingams. The temple’s grand scale and unfinished state highlight the ambitious plans of its creators.

Day 5: Bhopal - Sanchi - Udayagiri - Bhopal

After breakfast at the hotel, head to Bhoj Wetland, a picturesque site ideal for birdwatching. The wetland is home to a variety of migratory and resident bird species, offering a peaceful natural setting.
Visit Sanchi, renowned for the Sanchi Stupa, an ancient Buddhist monument adorned with detailed carvings and toranas (gateways). The stupa is a significant symbol of Buddhist heritage and offers insights into ancient Buddhist art and architecture.

Arrive in Agra, the city famed for the Taj Mahal. Check into your hotel and prepare for the upcoming exploration of this iconic monument.
Spend the evening at leisure, exploring local attractions or relaxing at your hotel.

 

Day 7: Agra - Delhi (By Train)

Start the day with a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal, an architectural masterpiece of white marble that epitomizes eternal love. The monument’s intricate inlay work and symmetrical gardens create a breathtaking scene at sunrise.

Explore the bustling bazaars of Chandni Chowk or the regal avenues of Lutyens’ Delhi.
Based on your flight schedule, our representative will assist with your transfer to the airport, bidding farewell as you depart with cherished memories of India’s diverse heritage.
