Day 1: Lhasa Arrival & Acclimatization

Upon your arrival at Lhasa's Gonggar Airport or the train station, our knowledgeable guide will warmly receive you, offering a traditional Tibetan welcome scarf. You'll then be transferred to your hotel in the heart of Lhasa. Given the high altitude of the Tibetan Plateau, this day is dedicated to acclimatization. It's crucial to move slowly and allow your body to adjust. While at the hotel, you can relax in the comfort of your room, sip on some Tibetan butter tea, known for its altitude-adjusting properties, and enjoy panoramic views of Lhasa's iconic Potala Palace and surrounding mountains.

Day 2: Lhasa Exploration

Your morning begins with a visit to the Potala Palace, an architectural marvel standing atop Marpo Ri Hill. This 13-story wonder houses over 1,000 rooms, chapels, and the sacred tombs of previous Dalai Lamas. As you wander through the maze of rooms adorned with intricate frescoes, statues, and artifacts, you'll gain insights into Tibetan history and spirituality. After lunch, your spiritual journey continues at the Jokhang Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This 7th-century temple, a blend of Tibetan, Nepalese, and Indian architectural styles, houses the revered Jowo Shakyamuni statue. Day 3: Drepung & Sera Monasteries

Day 5: Shigatse to Everest Base Camp

Day 7: Shigatse to Lhasa & Departure

With a heavy heart, bid adieu to the mesmerizing landscapes of Tibet as you embark on your journey back to Lhasa. As the Tibetan countryside unfolds before you one last time, reminisce about the spiritual encounters, breathtaking vistas, and enriching cultural experiences of the past days. On arrival in Lhasa, transfer to Gonggar Airport or the train station, carrying with you the indelible memories of the Land of Snows, its people, and its unparalleled beauty.
