Day 1: Arrival in Lucknow & Sightseeing

Upon your arrival in Lucknow, the capital city of Uttar Pradesh, you will be transferred to your hotel. After some rest, embark on a sightseeing tour of Lucknow. You will visit popular attractions such as Bara Imambara, Chota Imambara, Rumi Darwaza, and British Residency, which showcase the rich history and architectural heritage of the city. You will also explore the bustling markets of Lucknow, known for their intricate Chikankari embroidery, handicrafts, and delicious street food. Overnight stay in Lucknow.

 

Day 2: Lucknow to Ayodhya - Sightseeing (135 km, 2.5 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Rama, which holds immense religious significance for Hindus. You will visit the Ram Janmabhoomi, the site believed to be the birthplace of Lord Rama. You will also explore other important temples in Ayodhya such as Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhavan, and Nageshwarnath Temple. Learn about the rich mythological and historical tales associated with Ayodhya and its significance in Hindu mythology. Overnight stay in Ayodhya.

 

Day 3: Ayodhya to Varanasi - Evening Aarti and Sightseeing (215 km, 4.5 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Varanasi, the spiritual capital of India and one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. In the evening, witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti, a devotional ritual performed on the banks of the river Ganges, where thousands of lamps are lit, and hymns are chanted, creating a surreal atmosphere. Day 4: Varanasi & Sarnath - Sightseeing

Early morning, embark on a boat ride on the Ganges to experience the spiritual ambiance of Varanasi and witness the rituals and activities along the riverbanks. After breakfast, explore the narrow lanes of Varanasi, known as ghats, which are lined with ancient temples, ashrams, and traditional shops. You will visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the most sacred Hindu temples, and other prominent temples such as Durga Temple and Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple.
